For me, design is a means of expressing myself and saying things between the lines. A means to show my attitude. For me, design has the task of making the invisible visible, creating access to information for everyone and putting a spotlight on injustices so that we can all find our way in this world a little bit better.
Pro Chance
Children or no children – how self-determined are we? Conception of an immersive spatial experience on the topic of reproductive justice.
How reproductively fair is the world? Can everyone freely decide whether or not to have children? The exhibition concept “Pro Chance” is based on the principle of reproductive justice, founded by black feminists in the USA in the 1990s.
“Pro Chance” encourages people to empathize with identities on a global level and thus recognize structural inequality and violence through an individual journey. We often look at the world from our own perspective and rarely notice what political measures mean for other realities of life. The intersectional change of perspective is intended to create empathy and understanding for the decisions of others.
What choices do we have where in the world and how are we restricted?
