Guide on the topic of mental health and therapy (and finding a therapy place) for young people.
In Germany, around 27 percent of adults have a mental disorder – and yet as a mentally ill person you often feel left alone. That’s why I wanted to create a physical guide that helps you better navigate the topic of mental health in the German healthcare system and takes away at least some of the uncertainty, fear and isolation along the way. Data and facts are presented, supported by infographics and illustrations as well as reports that shed light on the diversity of the realities of life for people with mental illnesses.
