A highlight of my studies was the start of my journey through the world of 3D animation – the opportunity to use digital tools to convey worlds, characters and emotions through visual, surreal effects.
In addition, the joint work projects with students from different disciplines. These also require compromises, but it is always exciting to see how diverse ideas and approaches ultimately come together to create a design.

Room for fear

An immersive, atmospheric spatial production on the topic of fear with interactive mixed reality elements.

You stand at the pitch-black cellar entrance and have to force yourself to take the first step into the blackness. You actually know that there is nothing more than junk and dust waiting for you there – actually.
We give this uncanny feeling, the state of suspension between tension and tangible fear, a physical space in our bachelor’s project. In a dark environment, peppered with oppressive elements, we want to make this emotional state tangible and tangible through multimedia.
Using light, sound and projections, the production is intended to encourage people to reflect on and understand their personal feelings and irrational fears.

Group work with Dana Wolter.
