As a child, I was very interested in the question of which milk carton my brother and my mother liked better and, above all, why. I think that was when the first signs of the path I would later take in life began to emerge. Today I like: faces in letters, sockets and wall hooks, words in license plates and, I’ve learned something new: semantic design.

73 answers to 11 questions about intuition (in design)

A bookazine about intuition and what role it plays in design, how we can deal with it and what added value it has.

It lies somewhere between esotericism and usability, between the roots of the hair and the sole of the foot and between thinking and feeling. The intuition. What can it do? What are their limits? And what role does it play in the design? I ask myself and other designers these questions as part of my project. Experts in their field share their feelings, understanding and knowledge. With my project I would like to address the creative process, demystify intuition, talk about intuition and rationality in a non-judgmental and informative manner and help to better understand one’s own creative process and, in the best case, to develop it further.
