Howdy, I’m Sophia!
I have always felt the need to express myself creatively in any way I can. For me today that means I do a bit of everything and like to combine my interests.
Why just write something when you can also illustrate and animate it? Why look for an app when you can design one yourself?
My design studies gave me the opportunity to do exactly that.

Arcanica

A digital worldbuilding tool for creatives in the fantasy genre.

For as long as I can remember, I have always written stories and imagined entire worlds in my head. These worlds could have used some kind of archive to be recorded. Instead, they are often lost on pieces of paper, in Word documents and notes on cell phones.
Worldbuilding is the process of constructing an imagined world in a book, film, game or similar. This includes not only history, but also things like flora and fauna, geography, sometimes magic or entire cities and their residents. The tool is supposed to be a possibility
offer to collect and bundle all this information in one place. Creative professionals can use it to create encyclopedias for their worlds and edit, share and network them with one another.
