I could write that it was always my dream to become a designer, but that’s not true. In fact, this career was never on my radar. I only found out about the course by chance and I’m quite happy with it. No, honestly: It was only through MSD that I discovered a new passion, namely the world of 3D modeling and animation. Now I have the tools to implement my ideas.

What would the world look like after a devastating volcanic eruption with global consequences? This is what Ursula Poznanski’s Eleria trilogy deals with. The natural disaster is already in the past at the time of the action, but that doesn’t mean that there are no more dangers. Some people managed to survive outside in the new cold season, others found shelter in domes in time and have been able to enjoy warmth, safety and education ever since. But six students are supposed to be killed and are sent on a journey to do so. I’ve always wanted to see Ursula Poznanski’s dystopian world on a screen. This 3D animated teaser trailer gives you a taste of what the animated film for the book could look like.
