What particularly impressed me about my design studies was the diversity of approaches and design styles.

A digital, interactive infographic that explains the concept of happiness & teaches you how to live happier & more sustainably by consuming less.

It would be incorrect to say that consumption is inherently bad. Consumption is a natural part of human life. However, it becomes problematic when consumption is excessive and thoughtless or only takes place in order to experience the short-term feeling of happiness. In my digital infographic I explain how happiness works and why it is therefore not a good idea to consume based on happiness to strive for. [Spoiler: It’s not possible to be permanently happy.] For those who want to be happy, I’ll show you how you can become happy in a psychologically healthier, more sustainable and more environmentally friendly way – far away from excessive consumption.
